Important Note on Refunds
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific hotel's cancellation policy at the time of booking, standard bookings are generally non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of check-in.
1. Cancellation by User
Cancellations must be made through the MyHolidayTrip platform or by contacting our support team.
- Free Cancellation: Available only if the specific rate plan selected allows it (e.g., "Flexible" rate).
- Non-Refundable: If you booked a non-refundable rate, no refund will be issued upon cancellation.
- No Show: If you do not check in on the scheduled date, the full booking amount will be forfeited.
2. Cancellation by Hotel or Platform
In the rare event that a hotel cancels your booking due to overbooking or unforeseen circumstances:
- We will process a full refund (100% of the booking amount).
- We will attempt to help you find alternative accommodation, subject to availability.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing timelines.
4. Modification of Booking
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur price differences. Please contact support for assistance with modifications.
